- Shift Hours: 830 am-5 pm
- The Data Recovery Clerk 1 is responsible for processing Customer's Data Recovery cases within the case management system, managing and ordering an inventory of Data Recovery supplies and stock, communicating via email, phone, and messaging systems, and processing RMA returns/exchanges all with razor-sharp attention to detail.
- Check in Data Recovery Cases into the Case Management System and communicate with the system about case updates, assignments, and milestones.
- Data Recovery Clerk follows and assists others in operating under ESD compliance.
- Disassembly of external hard drive enclosures and NAS systems
- Audit Inventory levels of parts stock and supplies and partner with Lab technicians/leadership to procure.
- Maintain consistent communication, scheduling, and documentation utilizing popular email, phone, and messaging systems.
- High School Diploma
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately, with interruptions to meet specific deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office 365 within a PC environment.
- Advanced keyboard, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Fluent use of the English language to produce written and verbal communications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and discretion.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push 30 lbs on a consistent basis.
- 1 years of experience working within a team of highly skilled computer technicians.
