Job Description:

Are you a creative and organized fashion professional looking to join a dynamic team within a global entertainment and media company? We're seeking a talented Halo & Special Projects Coordinator to support our fashion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sample Trafficking: Coordinate and align sample trafficking with the global PDS team.
• Fashion Closet Management: Organize and manage the PDS fashion closet.
• Product Display: Create and execute product displays, styling, and merchandising.
• Halo & Collaboration: Assist with halo and collaboration fashion business.
• Project Development: Research, create, and collaborate on fashion projects.
• Event Support: Assist with special project events, including logistics and planning.
• Executive Support: Support executive requests by pulling samples, packaging baskets, and coordinating couriers.
• Day-to-Day Support: Assist the Manager, Halo & Special Projects on day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications:

• Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong knowledge of fashion trends, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Keynote, and Adobe Experience, ability to multitask, strong writing skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail.
• Experience: Experience in product display, styling, and merchandising. Knowledge of fashion trends and industry.
• Location: Los Angeles-based with a hybrid work arrangement.
