Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters accurately.
- Assist with pre and post-dialysis patient assessments and documentation.
- Report any significant changes in patient condition to the supervisor.
- Emergency Response:
- Initiate basic CPR measures in emergency situations.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations related to dialysis treatment.
- Technical Skills:
- Successfully completed a training course in the theory and practice of haemodialysis.
- Maintain current CPR certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in dialysis.
- Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility is preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Education in physical sciences and/or training in laboratory techniques preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
