- Sales Leadership & Business Development
- Lead and execute all sales efforts related to Statement of Work Services, including T&M, Outcome-Based, Milestone-Based, Fixed-Price, and Managed Services/BPO solutions.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and expand GTT's SOW offerings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within public and private sector organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Strategic Account Management
- Partner with GTT sales leaders to create cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with corporate and financial goals.
- Maintain strong client relationships to maximize revenue potential and expand service offerings.
- Market & Competitive Analysis
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for competitive differentiation.
- Translate insights into actionable sales strategies and forecasts to drive profitable growth.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison to senior management, providing insights into performance metrics, market shifts, and key initiatives.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of SOW engagements, driving high client satisfaction and repeat business.
