Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for AML and insider threat management? Our client is seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a vital role in validating requirements, user stories, and identifying vulnerabilities within our AML systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements using various techniques, including document analysis and user story mapping.
- Identify vulnerabilities, data patterns, and incongruities to conduct root cause analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
- Understand and apply requirements traceability principles.
- Communicate effectively and articulate the value of the Business Analyst role.
- Leverage industry knowledge and certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) to enhance your expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong requirements elicitation skills.
- Experience with AML, insider threat management, and process analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
