Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Salary: $200K /Year

• Develop and execute the enterprise technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct regular reviews of enterprise-wide systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement solutions that meet operational requirements and align with user needs.
• Provide governance and oversight for implementation partners.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party software platforms.
• Manage the technology strategy to ensure effective deployment.
• Establish and maintain cross-functional governance forums.
• Foster strong relationships with colleagues and maintain high customer service standards.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for architectural adaptation.

• Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in MIS, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 7 years as an Enterprise Architect and 5 years leading Business Systems teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data management, modeling, business strategy, auditing, and compliance.
• Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Avalara, and Qlik.
• Understanding of Customer Success and IT governance standards.
• Expertise in cloud technologies.
• Certifications in LEAN, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL preferred.
• Experience in SaaS and fast-growing organizations, ideally with a supply-chain focus.
