• Securing planning and fulfilment in an end to end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution

• • Securing optimised set-up our complete network by utilising the market specific parts of article allocation and order rules.

• Supply stakeholders in central, store and service fulfilment with accurate goods flow and stock plans

• • Enable securing capacities in all fulfilment units on the market on short-, mid-, and long term.
• • Responsible for seamlessly enabling daily operations and an efficient distribution network on the market by securing and end to end planning and fulfilment process through gathering, processing, analysing and sharing goods flow information and trends, identifying possible risks and proposing actions to prevent and providing accurate flow and capacity plans.
• • Responsible for assessing current and planned fulfilment unit capacity on the market in terms of short, mid and long-term needs and identify solutions in order to enable securing agreed goals on availability and keeping lead time promise at the lowest possible cost.
• • Responsible for supporting operations in close cooperation with the whole Fulfilment Availability and Support functions in any exceptional or emergency situation regarding flow, stock and capacity (e.g. commercial activities and campaigns, supply problems, unexpected peaks)
• • Contribute to an aligned and high quality flow and capacity planning process on the market including providing and aligning the right short-, mid-, and long-term capacities to reach target availability to the customer at high quality and lowest possible total cost.
• • Contribute to providing the Market Fulfilment Availability and Support Manager with recommended actions to address any identified capacity imbalances and input to expansion plans and range classification
