Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating issues as needed.
- Problem Management: Identify and resolve recurring issues to prevent future problems.
- Customer Service: Interact with users to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, and networking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
- Experience with remote support tools
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A )
- Training: 100% onsite - training takes approximately 8 months
- Overtime or weekends required: hours of 6:00 am - 10:30 pm - 7 days a week (scheduled in those hours)
