About the Role:
As a Junior Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing railcar scheduling, loading, and shipping for refinery products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Railcar Management: Monitor railcar availability, refinery production, and tank levels to ensure timely and efficient shipments.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with Transfer & Storage and the railroad to fulfill customer orders, minimizing costs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze rail and truck data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide valuable insights.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to rail and truck shipments.
- ERP System Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operation of ERP systems.
- Railcar Scheduling and Optimization: 45%

- DOT Hazardous Materials Training - Shipping Papers Certification
- Accounting, administrative, and logistical experience

- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
- Logistics experience and general DOT understanding
- 2 years of logistics experience
