Position Purpose:
- To support the scheduling and logistics analysis associated with movements of NGL's from inventory locations, gas plants, refineries, and rail suppliers to proprietary and non-proprietary terminals in the most timely, dependable, least cost manner in order to meet the sales demand from the wholesale division.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Power BI with a focus on running business models.
- MBA or equivalent

- Support rail and pipeline product schedulers
- Product is scheduled in a timely fashion avoiding product outage/overage while hitting target inventory goals.
- Support rail analyst - Contract reciepts and deliveries are managed to the economic benefit of our client. and are within volume agreements.
- Exchanges are balanced to achieve economically beneficial balances where possible.
- Exchange partner relationships are favorable with counterparties.
- Demand Forecasting, Systems Input and Development/ Invoice payment
- Entries are updated daily to keep our internal reporting current and accurate. Invoices are paid timely to avoid late charges and maintain our credit standing with partners.
- Position Management/Inventory Control
- Support supply scheduler with daily distribution and position reporting tasks to ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory risk to support effective decision making.
- Support Daily Position Reporting process -
- Gain thorough understanding of Daily Position Reporting process to provide back-up coverage.
- Meeting ongoing sales demand with minimum inventory,
- Maximizing Margins through the use of proper origins and delivery destinations on pipelines,
- Achieving target inventories and year-end LIFO numbers while dealing with volatile lifting's caused by market forces,
- Evaluate and secure profitable supply options in an expanding marketplace, profitable negotiations on supply contracts.
- Schedulers work to maintain a dependable supply, allowing marketing to retain key accounts and develop new markets.
- Providing the material in the least cost manner allows our client to be competitive and enhance margins.
- By scheduling the material for delivery in the timeliest manner, this reduces the daily operating levels required to meet sales demand, therefore reducing the cost of capital employed.
- This position will also be responsible for accurately reporting our inventory positions so timely decisions can be made to limit our clients' exposure.
