- 100% Onsite, Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
- The Machine Operator monitors the functions of equipment and operates per documented procedures including maintaining operational logbooks
- Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, when required
- Support material handling as necessary
- Maintain segregation of materials and lot and or receiving numbers
- Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition
- Adhere to and demonstrate compliance to all company and department standard operating procedures including but not limited to GMP, device history record, hazard communication, and safety rules
- Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish the tasks noted above
- Accept full accountability for product quality
- Report to supervisor or management unsolved problems encountered during the workday
- Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and relative documentation
- Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Machine Operator will ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, and standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- An operator must demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area.
- He and/or she must also exhibit the ability to follow the instructions of the supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during, and after production.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- The Machine Operator must be able to stand to package and label the product.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the production line. The candidate will not be responsible to run or operate the production line.
- Support material handling as necessary. Does not require the use of a forklift or power jack.
- Lifting/moving and carrying products weighing up to 20 pounds
- Candidate supporting a closed production line. No physical contact with hazardous materials or chemicals.
- Safety glasses, hair nets, and gloves were provided. Candidate must provide steel or composite shoes/boots.
- Must be able to adhere to shift start times and with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Prior manufacturing experience is not required. Training will be provided.
