Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Set up, calibrate, maintain, and operate microelectronic assembly equipment.
- Process Improvement: Implement enhancements to product and process flow to improve yield and cycle time.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues.
- Data Analysis: Collect and evaluate operating data to make on-line adjustments.
- Engineering Support: Collaborate with engineers on experiments, rework, and quality testing.
- Training: Train employees on equipment operation and processes.
- Documentation: Write basic specifications and training documentation.
- Associate's degree in a technical field or 3 years of related experience
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with specific gowning and safety requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs.)
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
