Duration: 4 months Contract
Pay Range: $20 - $22/hr
Work Type: Onsite (Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 5:30 pm)
Location: Longview, WA

Job Description:Join our team as a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative and play a vital role in providing exceptional healthcare services. We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our friendly and supportive team in Longview, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draw quality blood samples from patients, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Prepare specimens for lab testing, following established procedures.
• Create a welcoming and trusting atmosphere for patients.
• Explain procedures clearly and confidently.
• Demonstrate strong leadership behaviors and a commitment to process excellence.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification required (especially in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting.
• One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in keyboard/data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
