Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, following established protocols.
- Prepare specimens for lab testing, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and handle patient information with care.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification is required (in California, Nevada, and Washington).
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting.
- One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in keyboard/data entry.
