Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Phlebotomy: Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Patient Care: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed throughout the process.
• Specimen Handling: Prepare and process blood samples for laboratory testing, maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and procedures.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)  
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in phlebotomy or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
