Product Analyst

Job Description:

Join our dynamic and inclusive Loss Prevention Global Solution Delivery Team at a Fortune 500 company! As a Product Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in developing and delivering innovative solutions to protect our associates, customers, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze detailed requirements from stakeholders.
• Contribute to the Loss Prevention team's backlog and estimation process.
• Effectively communicate requirements and solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the product team to achieve iteration goals.
• Ensure the functional integrity of the product/solution.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience with SAFe framework/Agile delivery methods.
• Experience in the Loss Prevention field.
• Knowledge of Loss Prevention applications (Genetec, Appriss, etc.).
• Familiarity with the retail industry and best practices.
• Experience working with vendors and third-party solutions.
• Retail environment experience (desirable).
