Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Act as a support for Commercial Sales Representatives, processing incoming requests and monitoring progress.
- Data Entry: Obtain and enter required data for new accounts, including demographics, pricing, credit history, and connectivity requests.
- Quality Control: QC data entry into lab and billing systems for new accounts.
- Client Files: Create and maintain client files for audit purposes.
- Account Setup: Monitor approval turnaround time, request additional data, and communicate status to sales representatives.
- Existing Client Support: Facilitate demographic, pricing, connectivity requests, and billing adjustments for existing customers.
- Customer Onboarding: Assist the Customer Solutions Specialist in the new account setup and onboarding process.
- General Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
- 2-3 years of technical, billing, or customer support experience.
- Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
