Semiconductor Fabrication Operator

Job Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in semiconductor fabrication? We're seeking a skilled Semiconductor Fabrication Operator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is a 4 month contract position offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process 200mm wafers through lithography, deposition, and etch processes.
• Operate metrology equipment and analyze data.
• Maintain detailed records, including SPC charts and data entry.
• Work in an ISO Class 6 cleanroom and adhere to 6S principles.
• Handle chemicals safely and follow cleanroom protocols.
• Coordinate WIP for efficient production and engineering priorities.
• Inspect and disposition nonconforming products.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
• Initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Physical fitness, including the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Experience in semiconductor fabrication (1-2 years minimum).
• Strong English language skills (reading, writing, and communication).
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or eligible to obtain the appropriate export control license.
