- Feature Prioritization: Identifying, prioritizing, and managing product features to deliver maximum value.

- 8 years of product management experience.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent networking and influencing skills.
- Experience managing or coaching product talent.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in understanding business needs and translating them into product features.
- Ability to handle a complex portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities.
- Prior retail experience and/or experience with Loss Prevention functions.
- Experience in SAFe/Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience creating and executing product roadmaps.
- Experience with Loss Prevention applications, integrations, and data management.
- Familiarity with Loss Prevention software platforms like Genetec, Appriss, or others.
