Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Write efficient code, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot issues in UKG Pro WFM and Kronos Workforce Central.
- System Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between our workforce management systems and other enterprise applications using Boomi.
- System Configuration: Configure UKG Pro WFM and Kronos Workforce Central to optimize business processes and meet specific requirements.
- Agile Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging your strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer
- Proven expertise in UKG Pro WFM and Kronos Workforce Central
- Strong proficiency in integration development using Boomi
- In-depth knowledge of Kronos Workforce Integrations Manager (WIM) and Kronos infrastructure
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with Dell Boomi
- Knowledge of Oracle HRIS and Workday integrations
- Understanding of retail business processes
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS applications
