- Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Specimen Processing Technician I! We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to play a vital role in our laboratory operations.
- Specimen Handling: Process specimens efficiently and accurately, including A-station, presorting, and delivery.
- Data Entry: Demonstrate proficiency in data entry, entering 6,000 alphanumeric keystrokes per hour.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity of specimens through careful handling and adherence to quality standards.
- Compliance Adherence: Stay updated on compliance regulations related to test ordering and apply them accurately.
- Customer Focus: Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Data Entry Skills: Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
