Job Description:
- As a member of Digital & Direct Marketing, you’ll support the growth of the US Private Wealth business as a Website Coordinator.
- The position will be responsible for ownership over the US Private Wealth website strategy, content, and execution.
- You’ll work with key stakeholders to develop site content, improve site user experience, implement SEO best practices, maintain brand standards, and develop a road map for future innovation.
- Partner with colleagues on the client’s Toronto-based Digital team to identify improvements and implement website updates.
- Leverage analytics and reporting to optimize web performance, identify areas for growth, and support business needs.
- Ensure clear, ensuring fresh & compelling content, that drives business objectives.
How you’ll succeed
- By building and maintaining strong partnerships across the bank.
- The role requires coordination across Enterprise Digital, Line of Business Partners, Marketing, and Compliance.
- You will need to own these relationships to ensure optimal website performance.
- By showcasing website expertise.
- You’ve worked across different content management platforms, understand website best practices, know the role of content development, and how to turn analytics into actionable insights.
- By being proactive, resourceful, and results-driven.
- You anticipate business needs and proactively adjust accordingly.
- You are able to adapt in real-time to changing requirements and quickly identify new strategies
- Having strong influencing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Highly effective in setting context, simplifying data, insights, and recommendations in order to achieve Line of Business and executive buy-in.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics
- Understanding and documenting requirements.
- Work closely with business partners to gather complicated requirements and facilitate ongoing solution discussions to ensure you meet website needs.
- Create strong relationships, lead discussions, listen, and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Must-Have Requirement:
- 3 years as a Website/Marketing Manager
- Comfortable with back-end CMS (Content Management System)
- 1 example of work (No need for a professional portfolio)
Nice to Have:
- Google Analytics experience
- Strong nice to have - almost a requirement
- Experience within Private Wealth
- Some light HTML experience
Soft Skills:
- Strong Business Acumen
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to deal with difficult constituents
Note:
- Hands-on content/web design will be expected.
