Are you a detail-oriented contract management expert with a passion for the energy industry? We're seeking a talented Contract Management Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contract Review and Analysis : Conduct in-depth reviews of power contracts and related documents to identify critical information and potential issues.
• Contract Compliance Monitoring : Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Client Support : Respond to client inquiries regarding contract specifics, produce contract summaries, and investigate contract-related questions.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline contract management processes, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance : Represent the company in regulatory proceedings and ensure compliance with CPUC and FERC regulations.
Qualifications :
• Required :

1-3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the energy industry

Engineering or Accounting degree
