We are seeking a skilled professional to join our facilities team as a key member responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building and equipment.
About the Position
This role is critical in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, performing various tasks including painting, plumbing, and light sheetrock work.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspections, and repairs of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other facility equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to building systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing computer skills (Microsoft Office) effectively.
- Support various requests, including audiovisual setup and furniture arrangements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in maintenance or related fields.
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and building management systems.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and technical documentation.
