Your expertise in occupational therapy will be crucial in assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducts comprehensive patient assessments and develops personalized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy interventions, including assessment, care planning, education, and equipment recommendations.
- Ensure the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism in interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to hospital safety standards and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Assist in training and mentoring new employees and therapy students.
- Regularly assume the role of Charge Therapist.
