Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the transmission line design and / or overseeing a contractor who is performing the transmission line design for generation tie lines, reconductoring projects, and new transmission lines.
- Transmission line design projects will vary from 66 to 500 kV.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to ordering material, issuing drawing packages in PLS-CADD and AutoCAD, and quality assurance of contractor work.
- Responsible for attending project meetings, representing transmission engineering, and providing project updates to stakeholders, including schedule updates using provided scheduling tools.
