Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to lead our QAE team and drive the strategic direction of our quality assurance processes. You will be responsible for setting the overall QAE strategy, mentoring team members, and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Automation Framework Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, and Tosca.
- Test Strategy : Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy, including test planning, test case design, and test execution.
- Test Automation : Create and execute automated test scripts for various applications and systems.
- CI / CD : Implement and improve continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Team Leadership : Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of quality and innovation.
- Collaboration : Work closely with development, product management, and operations teams.
- Cloud Technologies : Utilize cloud-based technologies (Azure, AWS) for test environments and automation.
- SAP Automation : Drive test automation initiatives for SAP applications.
