Job Title : Senior Business AnalystContract Duration : 12 MonthsPay range : $65.69 - 76.64 / hrWork Type : RemoteLocation : Framingham, MA Job Description This position will be working on our Workforce Management solution within the back-of-store domain. They are supporting the implementation of Workday and this position will be assisting on the successful integration of our WFM platforms (WFC & PRO). In this role, the ideal candidate will : Have experience with the UKG WFM (Kronos) platforms (WFC & PRO) (required) Understand / have practiced the Agile delivery Methodology (required) Used JIRA and Confluence to document stories, features / requirements (required) Has experience / understanding of Workday, specifically integrations (huge preference) Has great written and Oral communication skills Is comfortable working the grey and a fast-paced environment. Additional Information : Analyzes complex cross-functional business processes and defines integrated requirements. Facilitates the design of integrated solutions (process, technical & organizational). Ensures the end-to-end solution is proven to deliver the required business results. Drives adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders. Communicates with business SMEs to ensure expectations are kept in line with project status. Drives the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements. Upon implementation, drives & supports the knowledge transfer to Global Production Support. Develop, monitor, and track plans to create the BA deliverables on an assigned project. Creates / revises / executes the following deliverables using industry-standard techniques as applicable, including but not limited to : Process Maps Data Flow Diagrams Requirements Specifications Functional Design & Configuration Use Case Scenarios Acceptance Testing Coordinate user activities during the project life cycle, develop, execute, and validate user acceptance test plans and implementation support. Maintains focus on process analysis with an understanding of technical problems and solutions and their relationship to the business environment Business process mapping Functional and technical gap analysis Analyzes overall project considerations and builds the business rationale to provide an ROI and a concrete solution recommendation Facilitate gathering of functional requirements Supports Testing requirements (if applicable) Other Requirements : 8 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst (required) Must have experience with test strategies and manual testing for UKG PRO (required) Risk & compliance management for PRO (UKG WFM) - Mandatory Understanding of SOX Compliance - Mandatory Agile SAFe methodology - Mandatory Project management experience (but we are not looking for Project Managers) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience. Salary : $66 - $77
