About the Role :
We're seeking a talented Structural Engineer I to join our dynamic Engineering team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the structural integrity of our communication towers. Your responsibilities will include performing structural analyses, reviewing tower designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct structural analyses of communication towers, including guyed, self-supporting, and monopole structures.
Review tower designs, modifications, and inspection reports.
Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Engineer in Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern (EI) certification preferred.
1 years of experience in communication tower design and analysis, construction engineering, or structural engineering.
Strong understanding of TIA / EIA-222 code and other relevant standards.
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
Knowledge of tower foundation design.
Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software.
