What you will be doing as an IT Project Manager
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with Ericssons strategic objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring clear milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure project costs remain within approved limits.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Lead regular project meetings, including status reviews, risk assessments, and post-mortems.
- Drive effective communication across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and / or Waterfall methodologies to manage projects, depending on project needs.
- Ensure compliance with Ericssons project management guidelines and governance.
