We are hiring "Project Manager - Data Science" for one of our Clients based in Birmingham, AL. This is a Full-time position with Onsite work mode.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Architect. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Cloud CX Platform, Order Management (OM), and Oracle Knowledge Cloud (OKC), with a proven track record of designing and implementing solutions across these modules. The Oracle Cloud Functional Architect will play a key role in driving the functional design, integration, and configuration of Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering seamless, scalable solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud Functional Architect, with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud CX Platform, Order Management (OM), and Oracle Knowledge Cloud (OKC).
- At least 5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud solutions, with a deep understanding of business processes in CRM, Order Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud integration frameworks, APIs, and cloud-based architecture.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SOA Suite is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Order Management processes and how they integrate with other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of CRM, Marketing, and Sales processes in Oracle Cloud CX and their impact on the broader enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with Knowledge Management principles and their application within Oracle Cloud OKC.
- Oracle Cloud certifications in CX, OM, or OKC modules is highly desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
