Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000.

Position Overview

Coordinates initiatives in testing and replacing battery materials for customers sourced through sales efforts. Oversees the process of testing and implementation of innovative materials to enhance battery performance, safety, and sustainability. Drives cross-functional collaboration in order to meet project milestones and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Execution:
• Coordinate testing dates with customers and develop tracking for cross-functional team, including inventory, sales, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage the technician selection process through Market Place to select the best bidder for the customer testing role and issue the Scope of Work.
• Coordinate the entire testing and reporting process from scheduling to testing results delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the primary liaison between the customer, inventory, Market Place, suppliers, and senior leadership.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and distribute the final summary report for each project to senior leadership.
• Follow up with customer to ensure satisfactory performance of the project.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential challenges in material availability and testing phases and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of testing results, design changes, and project milestones.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Other duties as required within a small organization.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree with some experience in related field.

Experience:

• Successful management in customer project coordination.
• Proven excellence in database management, CRM usage.

Skills:

• Proficiency in technical project management and Microsoft office suite tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel/Sage and/or similar).
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Resourceful and initiative-taking.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and strict timelines.
