General Definition:
- Responsible for the functionality of the concession stands, coolers, and other areas of responsibility. Ensures all areas, including equipment and utensils, are safe, clean and in good condition.
Essential Job Functions:
- Evaluates and justifies equipment and supply needs. Informs Concessions Manager as needed.
- Ensures Stand Supervisors verifies accuracy and receipt/delivery of orders pulled by staff and supplies transferred daily. Ensures appropriate documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures.
- Investigates and resolves Agylisis issues as needed, including shortages and product variances. Involves Concessions Manager as needed.
- Verifies inventory needs daily or as often as needed.
- Assists in hiring, training, and developing concessions staff to meet accepted standards and departmental objectives.
- With the assistance of the Concessions Manager, assigns work schedules to ensure proper staffing levels are relative to current and projected business trends; monitors utilization of personnel and workflow to maximize productivity and reduce labor costs and expenses.
- With management oversight, processes voids, transfers, and similar functions as appropriate and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensures employees are properly oriented to the organization as required by company policies and procedures.
- Completes a Daily Shift Report to document complaints, comments, and recommendations as directed.
- Assists Concessions Manager with managing staff timesheets and timekeeping punch detail as needed.
- Ensures that all employee-related issues are thoroughly documented and reported to the Concessions Manager in a timely manner.
- Constantly encourages teamwork, professionalism and creativity among staff.
- Identifies standards of performance, determines and assigns area(s) of staff responsibility and accountability, delegates authority as needed to successfully enhance service delivery.
- Ensures each concession location maintains proper inventory par levels.
- Attends departmental staff and operational meetings as scheduled.
- Interacts with personnel and the general public in a professional, ethical manner.
- Contributes to a positive work environment by participating in company and/or employee events and activities.
- Adheres to and enforces organizational policies, procedures, and quality service standards, including enforcement of sanitary practices, general cleanliness, and maintenance of work areas (concession stands, bars and beer portable locations).
- Promotes "winning experiences"; addresses and resolves customer complaints, concerns, or special needs.
- Communicates with staff daily (or as often as needed) to distribute information/address concerns, current or upcoming events, company-related news and information, and matters of policy or procedure.
- Ensures all on-the-job injuries are reported and investigated timely (where applicable) in accordance with company policy and procedures. Inspects areas of responsibility to detect existing or potential safety hazards and recommends or executes preventative measures.
- Ensures each Stand Supervisor distributes personal protective equipment to staff and monitors use to ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Works hours necessary to insure customer satisfaction, which may include long hours and/or remaining on-call for problem solving purposes. Assists in executing special events as needed.
- Maintains confidentiality of all company- and employee-related information.
- Maintains first aid station supply and ensures log of items dispensed is completed.
- Ensures appropriate staff members are properly licensed by the TABC as required and have provided copies for recordkeeping purposes.
- Ensures all staff members have achieved/maintained current food handlers certification and provided copies for recordkeeping purposes.
- Assists in the concession stand when dictated by elevated business levels and/or when staff assistance is needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:
- High school diploma or GED; or 4 year related experience and/or training; or combination.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong work ethics and high integrity.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all cash handling documentation.
- Ability to process food items through register system and follow basic instructions.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guests needs and requirements. Bilingual skills helpful.
- Ability to motivate and coordinate activities of food service personnel.
- Ability to maintain records and complete reports as required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to interact positively with employees and the general public.
- Ability to plan ahead to ensure that resources are effectively and economically allocated.

Training:
- Four years of food and beverage operation experience required, including one year of management experience
Licenses/Certifications/Other:
- Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency if applicable to perform the essential job functions
- Serve-safe certified (Food Handlers)
- Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission License (TABC)
