What are the responsibilities and job description for the Global Security Operations Center Operator *NOT A SECURITY GUARD POSITION position at Global Threat Solutions?
Global Threat Solutions is looking to hire Operators to work at our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) for a part time/ on call position. This job will be onsite at our office in Fayetteville, NC. This role requires a team player who can be flexible, able to swiftly change pace, adapts to changing priorities, and is able to juggle a variety of work with minimal supervision.
This is an office position, multitasking multiple screens, apps ect. It is not security guard position!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and be tech-savvy.
- Excellent organization skills with emphasis on multitasking & prioritizing.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Shows ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative.
- Top Tier Customer Service skills to talk with employees and clients.
- Professional Demeanor at all times.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Things to know:
- We pay bi-weekly.
- We are a military owned security company.
Schedule looking to fill:
- Night Shifts: 7pm - 7am (12 Hour Shifts)
- On Call
- Part Time: 24 Hours a week
