Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of our telematics and GPS business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operations management, coupled with specific expertise in the automotive sector, particularly in auto purchase and auto finance. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability in telematics and GPS product and service delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including logistics, inventory management, and customer service to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and finance, to achieve business goals.
- Leverage industry knowledge to design and enhance solutions tailored for clients in the automotive sector, including dealerships, fleet operators, and finance companies.
- Stay updated on trends in auto purchase and auto finance to align operational practices with market needs.
- Identify inefficiencies in current operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across all operational functions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on telematics, GPS, or related technology industries.
- Proven expertise in the automotive sector, particularly in auto purchase and auto finance operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
