Responsibilities
- Architect and design enterprise-level solutions using Pega 8.x, ensuring integration with existing systems and platforms.
- Lead and mentor teams in the adoption and implementation of new Pega features and best practices.
- Conduct high-level reviews of the systems architecture and provide strategic direction to maintain alignment with business goals.
- Develop architectural blueprints that detail system scalability, reliability, and performance requirements.
- Interface with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into functional architectural designs.
Experience and Skills
- 10 years of Pega Platform implementation experience, with a strong focus on Pega 8.x.
- Certified as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).
- Profound knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Postgres.
- Extensive experience in integrating Pega solutions with external APIs and enterprise systems.
- Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, or similar sectors with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
