PAM and Vulnerability Management Support (L2/L3)
Location: Louisville, KY (100% Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
PAM Support (L2/L3):
- Provide technical support for Delinea (formerly Centrify) PAM solution, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
- Assist in the onboarding of new privileged accounts, including setup and configuration of account vaults, policy management, and access requests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that PAM policies and procedures are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to PAM, including authentication, authorization, and auditing.
- Develop and maintain documentation for PAM processes, procedures, and technical guides.
Vulnerability Management Support (L2/L3):
- Conduct Vulnerability Scans: Use Qualys to scan systems, networks, and applications to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and configure scan schedules, policies, and reports.
- Analyze and Report Vulnerabilities: Analyze scan results to identify false positives, exceptions, and vulnerabilities, and develop clear and actionable reports for internal stakeholders, including IT staff, management, and executives.
- Remediation Governance: Develop and maintain a remediation governance process to ensure timely and effective remediation of vulnerabilities, prioritize and schedule remediation activities, and track and document remediation progress.
- Technical Support (L2/L3): Provide technical support and troubleshooting for vulnerability management issues, including scan failures, report interpretation, and remediation guidance, and participate in on-call rotations for 24x7 support.
- Process Improvement and Compliance: Continuously improve vulnerability management processes and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR), and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement vulnerability management policies, procedures, and standards.
Common Responsibilities:
- Provide overarching governance and coordination for PAM and Vulnerability Management services, and other in scope cyber services delivered from offshore.
- Collaborate with the offshore delivery team to ensure that all in-scope services are delivered to the required standard and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal customers, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure that all governance and compliance requirements are met, including audit and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain metrics and reports to measure service performance and identify areas for improvement.
