Located in Aliso Viejo California, Global Wave Group has been serving financial institutions for over 17 years. We are looking for an amazingly talented Manager of Infrastructure & Security to join our team . In this role you will be a leader and key contributor in the areas of platform architecture and security operations . You will join an energetic, highly collaborative team laser focused on customer success.

What You'll Be Doing :

Key contributor and go-to resource for infrastructure design, security, and operations
Key contributor to platform architecture
Leader of compliance and integration efforts
Assist with the design, engineering, deployment, and maintenance of playbooks and custom automation products as threats change and new security tools and controls emerge
Assist with the evaluation of automation tools for use by the DevOps team to integrate new functionality with existing systems
Develop integrations with 3rd party services and APIs
Develop tools and automated tests for improving our compliance and security posture
Partner with other development and business teams to manage dependencies and communicate technical specifications

What Required Skills You'll Bring :

A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, computer security, or computer science preferred

5-7 years of direct experience performing hands-on administration in an enterprise environment, preferably in a Security Operations Center or DevSecOps Team.

Microsoft Azure architecture, deployment, and maintenance

Familiarity with organization and operations of a SOC environment

REST API best practices and usage

Network security experience

Windows and SQL administration tools and concepts

Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS / IPS, EDR, IAM principles and others

Solid understanding of network operating systems and firewalls

Familiarity with access control models and network security

Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools

Ability to architect, automate, and deploy security tools across an enterprise network

Ability to interface with and describe security concerns to users, customers, and senior leadership

Excellent professional writing and public speaking skills, with an emphasis on creating sensible policies and procedures related to enterprise-wide security initiatives

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to communicate to a technical and non-technical audience
