Key Responsibilities
- Direct Sales & Marketing:
- Engage with customers face-to-face at tabletop marketing events (retail locations, community centers, pop-up booths).
- Conduct sales outreach in designated territories to acquire new customers.
- Deliver compelling presentations on energy deregulation and its cost-saving benefits.
- Customer Engagement & Support:
- Assess customer needs and recommend energy plans that best suit their usage patterns.
- Explain contract terms, rate plans, and billing structures clearly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any inquiries with professionalism.
- Field Work & Productivity:
- Be prepared to work in various weather conditions, including cold, heat, rain, and snow.
- Manage time effectively to optimize daily outreach and sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and enrollments.
- Team Collaboration & Training:
- Participate in daily morning meetings to set goals, receive training, and strategize.
- Support new team members through training, mentorship, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and competitive team environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be available to work long hours: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Must be comfortable working in the field daily, conducting face-to-face interactions.
- Must have a clean and professional image. This includes professional attire, good hygiene, and an overall polished appearance that represents our company values.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Prior sales, customer service, or field marketing experience is a plus (but not required).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to meet sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to different customer interactions and overcome objections.
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID.
