Overview
I Need Reliable Help without Issues Showing up on Time, Stocking the Store, and Being Responsible/Professional While at Work. You MUST Already be Able to Count Money. We Share Employees Between Two Locations, M1 (Chestnut) and M2 (1500 N12 St) Since We are Very Close to Each Other. Your First Two Weeks are Probationary to Evaluate Performance at Our Main Store and Depending on Availability You May be Put at Our Second Location.
Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer experience and promote sales.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Supervise and assist in training new cashiers as needed.
- Maintain an organized checkout area and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
Skills
- Proficient in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Experience in product demos and retail sales is preferred.
- Ability to supervise others and assist in training new staff members.
- Skilled in upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Capable of managing stock levels effectively and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse customers.
