As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Operations to take charge and help build a powerhouse team at our new Miami headquarters.
The Role
As Head of Operations , you will oversee and optimize all operational functions, ensuring GLOBAL delivers exceptional service to our elite clients. You will lead key departments, including Customer Service, Finance, IT, and General Operations , driving efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership : Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution across all departments.
- Customer Service Excellence : Implement high-touch service strategies tailored to our exclusive clientele.
- Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, financial processes, and cost control to drive profitability.
- IT & Systems Management : Oversee technology and infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency.
- Process Optimization : Develop and refine workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Team Development : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 8 years in operations leadership within the aviation industry (private jet experience preferred).
Skill Set : Strong background in customer service, finance, IT, and operational management.
Leadership : Proven ability to build and manage teams, drive process improvements, and execute strategy.
Mindset : Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable—ready to take ownership in a fast-growing business.
Location : Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL.
