We are looking for a Lead Flight Support Executive to act as the primary point of contact for our clients post-sale, ensuring flawless execution of every flight.
As Lead Flight Support Executive, you will manage all client requests and operational details from booking confirmation to touchdown. Acting as a dedicated account manager, you will coordinate flight logistics, liaise with operators and service providers, and deliver a white-glove, concierge-level experience to our discerning clients.
We need a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of private jet travel, global geography, and luxury service. Experience in a private jet brokerage or jet operator is mandatory.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all post-sale requests with precision and care.
- Flight Coordination: Work with operators, FBOs, and service providers to arrange seamless flight experiences.
- Itinerary Planning: Organize flight schedules, catering, ground transportation, and special requests.
- Global Operations: Manage flights across various time zones, ensuring smooth logistics worldwide.
- Service Excellence: Anticipate client needs and deliver an unmatched level of personalized service.
- Problem-Solving: Handle last-minute changes, delays, and special accommodations with efficiency.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all flight details meet aviation regulations and company standards.
✅ Mandatory Experience: Minimum 3 years in a private jet brokerage or jet operator role.

✅ Concierge & PA Experience: Luxury service, high-net-worth client management, or travel planning background is a plus.
✅ Attention to Detail: Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
