- Oversee & supervise the accounting team, reporting to the CFO
- Manage construction & property management accounting
- Handle construction loan & permanent loan closing
- Analyze budgets, costs, and project expenses
- Ensure accurate job cost reconciliation & financial reporting
- Prepare reports for management, audits, and tax workpapers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10 years in construction/project accounting
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Key Skills:
Strong leadership & cost accounting skills
Construction & property management experience
Sage 300 (mandatory), SAP (a plus)
Expert in Excel
10 years in construction accounting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,385.00 - $130,926.00 per year
