Our client seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple high-profile projects. The role involves project planning, procurement, budgeting, risk management, team leadership, and client/vendor relations to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years construction management experience with a commercial general contracting company
Must have hospitality, retail or corporate sector experience
Experience with Procore
Strong communication, organizational and computer skills
Experience managing multiple projects and maintaining schedules and budgets
Some travel required
