- Analyze test results and provide recommendations based on data.
- Client and Team Interaction :
- Prepare proposals and foster strong relationships with clients and property managers.
- Communicate directly with contractors and clients to address technical and administrative concerns.
- Project Oversight :
- Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and progress meetings.
- Provide field observations and technical support during construction phases.
- Mentorship and Marketing :
- Train and mentor junior staff and review their work.
- Represent the company at events and contribute to marketing initiatives, such as presentations and articles.
