Position needs and responsibilities include:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple digital marketing channels (web analytics, social media, PPC, email marketing).
- Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates and customer engagement metrics.
- Create accurate reports regularly to communicate insights and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends, insights, and patterns that inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all platforms and reporting tools.
Campaign Support:
- Assist in testing, measuring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Assist in proper campaign set-up, including accurate and error-free input, in a variety of social and PPC channels.
Technologies and Tools:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and analytics tools.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in Excel.
- Tech, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Reliably commute to the office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
