This person will maintain the ISO 9001 QMS Certificate for multiple sites.

What You Will Do

• This will require extensive knowledge for the application of the ISO Standard.
• Communication skills are imperative as they will be working with, and supporting, all functional areas within the company.
• This will include, but not limited to, completing preparatory information about each site, working with all functional areas to schedule the appropriate interviews for each section of the standard, providing guidance during the audits and ensuring any findings are resolved.
• Travel will be required to support different sites located around the country, occasionally for multiple audits.
• They will also be responsible to maintain the QMS library of Policies and procedures making all functional areas aware of all ongoing changes.
• This person will also be an integral part of the Management Review process.
• Provide customer and program quality assurance support.
• Support Operations by planning quality activities and improvement programs.
• Support manufacturing by investigating any quality issues that arise; fault finding and investigating problems using continuous improvement methodologies (9S, relentless root cause etc.).
• Ensure the identification and control of all non-conforming products. Must be able to maintain a Secret Clearance for Government work.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience 
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
