We are actively searching for a Senior Sales Representative to strategically manage a sales territory for our national paper manufacturing client. This role will cultivate new leads, seize on new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure clients’ needs are met with the right products and services. This is a full-time remote position with regular travel to visit client sites and plants in the region to cultivate relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and manage high-value client relationships in your territory.
- Conduct high level negotiations with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Develop strategic sales and business plans and serve as a trusted advisor to top-tier clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact between top-tier clients and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Cultivate new prospects and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Serve as a leader and mentor to junior account managers and sales staff, teaching best practices and sales techniques.
- Assist in training and onboarding new sales staff.
- Pull and analyze key sales data and client feedback to present internally and to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 7 years’ experience in outside sales.
- 3 years’ experience in senior-level role achieving strategic business growth.
- Knowledge of paper converters and folding cartons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities for upselling, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and managing account-related documentation.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Salary : $140,000 - $200,000
