Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, or closely related field, from ABET accredited university OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Strong knowledge of electrical principles and circuit design
- Strong conceptual knowledge of fuses, relays, circuit breakers
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience in power distribution systems for low voltage systems
- Experience interpreting industry standards into component and/or system-level requirements (i.e. ISO, SAE, VDA, IEEE)
- Self-starter personality, able to work with minimal supervision required
- Motivation and curiosity regarding position topics and challenges
- Direct commercial vehicle experience in any capacity
- Experience in technical documentation and specification analysis
- Experience with client processes and release management
- Experience with ELM suite (i.e. DOORS, DOORS Next, Rhapsody)
