- Experience leading functional, collaborative project teams
- A track record of deploying operational efficiencies and intuitive end-user experiences
- Strong understanding of IT systems and SaaS implementations
- Strong understanding of business process improvement

- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience overseeing enterprise-level technology projects, with a focus on software implementations
- 7 years program/project management, with experience leading complex technology initiatives and a team of project managers
- PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or equivalent certifications
- Prior experience managing people and projects related to migrations from on-premise to SaaS solutions
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday
- Functional knowledge of HR and Finance services, with an understanding of their needs and challenges
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset
- Ability to learn, understand, and evaluate technologies
- Ability to analyze and document complex technical business processes
- Initiative, can-do attitude, a compulsion to lean in to listen and learn

- Duration of the ERP implementation project is expected to last through long term . That duration is dependent upon the software vendor and implementation partner that are selected and may be shorter or longer in duration.
- This position is expected to work on-site alongside District staff, unless otherwise arranged with the ERP Program Manager.
- It is estimated that this position will require an average of 20-30 hours per week, but will have phases of the project that will require more or less.
